Rules and guidelines for using Travera
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Travera beta platform (“Service”), operated by Travera Trips, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Travera”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Beta Testing Status
2.1 Nature of Service
- Travera is a prototype platform in active development
- Service is provided “as-is” with no guaranteed functionality
- Features may change or be discontinued without notice
2.2 Participation
- Beta access is invitation-only
- Participation is voluntary
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate beta access at any time
3. User Obligations
3.1 Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Users must provide accurate information
- One account per individual
3.2 Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to breach platform security
- Use the service for any commercial purposes
- Share beta access credentials
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 User Content and Platform Content
4.1.1 User-Generated Input Content
Users retain 100% ownership of submitted inputs:
- Original photos
- Email confirmations
- Personal notes
- Other trip artifacts
4.1.2 Platform-Generated Content
- Continued access to platform-generated content beyond the Beta testing period is contingent on active subscription
- Beta testers may receive complimentary access as determined by Travera
- Content access, storage, and generation are subject to current service offerings
4.1.3 Subscription Terms
- Platform-generated content remains accessible beyond beta testing period only with active subscription
- Cancellation of subscription may result in limited or no access to previously generated content
- Travera reserves the right to modify content access policies
4.2 Travera Intellectual Property
- Platform design, code, functionality and features are proprietary
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Data Usage
- Refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed data practices
- Content may be used for AI model training and platform improvement
5.2 Confidentiality
- Beta participants agree to maintain confidentiality about unreleased features
- No public disclosure of platform capabilities without consent
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer
- Service provided without warranties
- No guarantee of continuous or error-free operation
We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Interruption of service
- Inaccurate trip documentation
- Any damages arising from platform use
6.2 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Travera Trips, Inc. against any claims arising from their use of the platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1 Updates
- Terms may be updated periodically
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
8. Termination
8.1 Account Termination
- Suspend or terminate beta access
- Remove user content
- Refuse service to anyone
8.2 User Withdrawal
Users may request account deletion at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
